Current NDCP vintage on this build: 2008-2022 (per live DB counties.latest_year MAX=2022), matching the DOL's current 2025-12-09 published release exactly; this source is NOT stale. unknown, monitor manually; NDCP has no published fixed release calendar (past releases: an initial 2023 release, then the current Dec-2025 update extending coverage back to 2008 and adding a state-level component). Check dol.gov/agencies/wb/topics/featured-childcare periodically for a newer consolidated release.
