Every entry below traces to a specific commit or database rebuild -- nothing here is backfilled or estimated. See our editorial and corrections policy for how a report becomes a fix.

    Fixed a data-truth defect where every county’s affordability comparison said "Among the most affordable" regardless of actual cost, including the single most expensive county in the dataset.
